Where and how to get a loan?

The procedure for obtaining a loan under the EBRD Programme is very simple:

1. Please, see the list of participating banks and check their websites for a branch in your city! Go to the nearest participating bank branch and speak with a loan officer working under the programme regarding your financing requirements. Tell the loan officer about your business, and if it meets the Programme's criteria a simple application form must be filled out. Then agree on the time for the loan officer to visit your business.
2. Show your business to the loan officer and provide him/her with complete information to confirm your creditworthiness. Discuss mutually acceptable lending terms and conditions. The loan officer will decide upon an appropriate loan amount and loan repayment schedule, which will be proposed to the bank's Credit Committee.
3. The loan is disbursed once the Credit Committee approves it.
